FLAT RATE FEE for STUDENT SPECIAL EVENTS includes:

-Travel & housing expenses (except transportation from airport to venue if it is more than a 40 min drive)

TECH REQUIREMENTS (1-5 ARE ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY)

ANY ROOM CAN BECOME A COMEDY VENUE IF YOU REQUEST:
1 portable stage, 1 spotlight, 1 mic, speakers, and chairs.

Follow the specs below for the best show possible. Most venues have these settings.

1) Stage at least 10′x 10′ and elevated at least 1′.
2) Hand held microphone w/strong volume. No lav/body mic.
3) Proper spotlights, not ceiling lights from directly above.
4) Proper sound system able to play CD/mp3 disc with strong volume.
5) ALL house lights off & windows shades shut. No sun or outside light.
6) Venue w/proper acoustics. No echo and not outside.
7 ) NO flash photos & NO recordings. Includes cellphones.
8 ) Row seating close to each other & stage. No tables.
9) No food or drink during show. During Q&A is fine.
10) No noisy venues (Near bar or cappucino machines, etc).
11) Climate controlled venue. Not hot or freezing.
12) Sound check & access to venue 2 hrs before showtime.
13) Tech crew for light & sound present at sound check.
14) No one under 17 permitted into show even w/guardian.
15) Assign 4 persons to help usher (not shy people).
16) Assign 1 person to read intro provided on show day.
17) Assign 1 person to watch merchandise tables.
18) People assigned to help present 1 hour before show.
19) Venue closed to public until 15 min before showtime. No one else present except people assigned to help.
20) 2 rectangular merchandise tables approx 3′ x 6′, placed inside or immediately outside venue.
21) 2 bottles of water & 1 bottle of Gatorade (any flavor). This seemingly random and diva-esque request will confirm to artist that entire tech list was read. Hey, at least its not a bowl of orange M&Ms!
